The fifth-year pro totaled 30 tackles, one sack and one forced fumble in nine games this season, his first with the Jags after four campaigns with the division-rival Colts. Bentley, who has yet to play in 2011 but spent training camp with the San Diego Chargers, suited up from 2008-10 with the Houston Texans, picking up 52 tackles and one interception in 13 games a season ago. | Lake Forest, IL (Sports Network) - The Chicago Bears placed long- snapper Patrick Mannelly on injured-reserve Monday, officially ending his season. The veteran suffered a ruptured ACL in his knee in Sunday's 31-20 victory over the San Diego Chargers. Mannelly has played 215 games in a Bears uniform, the most in franchise history, since being drafted by the club in 1998. He has suited up for 14 full seasons in Chicago, which ties him for the most years of service in team history with Doug Buffon |

| San Diego, CA (Sports Network) - San Diego Chargers left guard Kris Dielman was placed on injured reserve Wednesday. A four-time Pro Bowler, Dielman suffered a concussion on October 23 against the New York Jets, and experienced a grand mal seizure on the team's charter flight back to San Diego. Tyronne Green has started San Diego's past three games at left guard. The Chargers signed lineman Ikechuku Ndukwe to a one-year contract on Wednesday to add depth on the offensive line. |
